important: massage the treated area for 5 minutes, twice a day, for a week

• Within the first 24 hours you may gently apply a cold compress wrapped in cloth to help with swelling
• Please note, light swelling and bruising may occur and may last 2-10 days. This is normal, and it will gradually go down on it's own. 
• Keep head elevated the first day/ night of your treatment
• Avoid applying makeup immediately after treatment- wait a few hours
• Avoid exercising for 24 hours
• Avoid consuming alcohol one day before your treatment
• Avoid blood-thinning medication and supplements, like vitamins one week before
