co2 rejuvenation
Secret pro by Cutera
Advanced fractional laser resurfacing to dramatically refine texture, soften lines, and restore luminous, regenerated skin.
We use fractional CO2 technology to trigger controlled regeneration — improving texture, tone, and collagen integrity while preserving your natural structure. Each protocol is customized based on skin type, lifestyle, and long-term aesthetic goals.
CO2 resurfacing (Secret by Cutera) is an ablative fractional laser treatment that removes damaged surface layers of skin while stimulating deep collagen remodeling beneath. By creating microscopic channels in the skin, the laser activates a powerful wound-healing response — improving fine lines, acne scars, sun damage, enlarged pores, and overall skin texture. It is one of the most transformative treatments available for advanced skin renewal.
The depth and intensity are fully customizable — from lighter refresh settings to deeper rejuvenation
Ideal for:
Fine lines and deeper wrinkles
Acne scarring
Eye rejuvenation (tightening + crepey skin)
Deep lines around the mouth
Hands
Sun damage and pigmentation irregularities
Rough or uneven texture or scarring
Enlarged pores
Crepey or thinning skin
Advanced skin aging
When you’ll see results:
You’ll begin to notice smoother texture and improved clarity once peeling resolves.
Collagen remodeling continues for 3–6 months following treatment, with progressive softening of lines and scars.
Many patients see significant improvement after one treatment, though some concerns may require 2-3
CO2 resurfacing requires precision.
Depth, density, and energy settings must be carefully calibrated to avoid over-treatment, prolonged downtime, or unwanted pigment changes — especially in Manhattan skin types that range widely in tone and sensitivity.
At vafaMD, treatments are performed with anatomical awareness and aesthetic restraint. We focus on:
• Even, controlled resurfacing
• Minimizing risk of hyperpigmentation
• Supporting optimal collagen regeneration
• Customizing downtime based on your lifestyle
This is resurfacing done intentionally — not aggressively.
