Pre+post care instructions

Pre-Care

• Avoid sun exposure for 2 weeks
• Discontinue retinoids 3–5 days prior
• Avoid self-tanner
• No active infections
• Wait 3–4 weeks after injectables

Post-Care

• Avoid heat, workouts, and saunas for 48 hours
• Use gentle skincare
• Avoid retinoids/exfoliants for 7–10 days
